I love it. I got the North power and North power-T. I took a chance and ordered the small per comments from previous recommendations. I normally wear medium but the recommendation was spot on. Sizing down will ensure to get the best use of the compression shirts. I would recommend only ordering one shirt to confirm fit and go from there. I went back and ordered more. These shirts go hand in hand with staying fit.

Surprised the size fit just like a glove. Just wish there was a bit more compressor on chest. I have a hernia after a triple bypass that has developed in the Chest Area. The hernia belts not stay in place because of the hernia's position, just below breast center chest.area. Otherwise the shirts are great.
